Preparing for your appointment Bring the shoes that you normally wear A physician's prescription is required to obtain custom orthotics If you have insurance, you may want to ask your provider about the requirements of your coverage Shorts (no skirts) and t-shirt

Your follow up phone call We will call you 2 months following your pick up of the orthotics to make sure you are adjusting well
